What we keep, and why.
Short version: we collect what you hand us, use it for the thing you asked for, and delete it when you ask. Nothing is sold or traded.
What we collect
Your email address, and your phone number if you give one. If you become a client, the information you enter in your portal: contact details, session notes you can see, and the practices recorded against your sessions.
How we use it
To send the thing you signed up for, to run your coaching engagement, and to reach you about it. Marketing email only if you subscribed to it, and text messages only if you ticked the consent box.
Who else sees it
The services that run this site on our behalf: hosting, database, email delivery, scheduling, and payment processing. Each sees only what it needs. Nobody else, and no data broker.
Removal
Write to hello@reality-reframe.com and ask. Your record is deleted, except anything we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.
