What you agreed to
By ticking the consent box you agreed to receive messages from Reality ReFrame at the number you gave, including messages sent by automated means. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Stopping
Reply STOP to any message to end them. Reply HELP for help, or write to hello@reality-reframe.com. STOP is honored promptly and does not affect your email subscription or your coaching engagement.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
